Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal's secure server (you do not have to be a PayPal member to use your card!). We cannot guarantee that the selected item is still available, as they are one-offs and may have just sold or been reserved prior to your request. If you want to confirm availability please contact us directly by phone or email.

Shipping And Handling
All orders to the UK only will incur a post and packing charge of GB£5.00. For deliveries outside the standard UK postal zones, please contact us by email before placing your order. This applies to all areas away from the British mainland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and overseas orders will be sent in the most effective way for which you will be charged extra. All items will be securely and carefully packaged.

All card information is made via the secure servers of PayPal - we never see this information at all - we only see your address and the items you have ordered.

Returns Policy: 
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to return it for a refund of the cost, excluding postage, within 7 days of receipt. Please obtain a proof of posting in this instance. Any refund will only be paid after we have received the goods back, in the condition in which you received them.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS AFTER LONGER PERIODS THAN 7 DAYS.

Therefore it is very important that you check the item is acceptable immediately you receive it.
